I ordered a delivery order from website, and the driver said they left it at a vague location (in a Nashville hospital) and I never was Able to find the food. I was upset, called the store and spoke to a associate who said they do not give out refunds and I needed to call door dash to handle that (even though I did it through their site, not door dash).
I was upset because I hadnt eaten all day and just spent 25 bucks on food I never got. Thankfully a very nice gentleman, Mr. Scott, their GM, called me quickly to discuss my concerns and resolve my problem and got my food delivered to me quickly!
I really appreciated him taking the time to make sure it got to me and was done correct.
As someone with celiac disease, I do like this place because they offer gluten free options.
So thank you GM Scott for helping me!
