Tonight, PF Chang’s went above and beyond. I placed an online order and I unfortunately messed it up. I meant to order food gluten free but didn’t. I called in but they let me know my order was already bagged up ready to go. Bummed, I drove in to grab the food that I can’t eat. WELL, I get to the restaurant and the staff decided to remake my order to be gluten free!! Honestly, I can’t thank your Southlands team enough for fixing MY mistake. You guys are the absolute best!!
