Giving 4 stars overall because I almost didn’t eat here after being sat at a table and the server assigned did not see me, but I gave the restaurant a second chance and sat at the bar with Ervaon as my server and provided A+ service. Turned my experience into a positive one. I am gluten free and loved how I was able to order some original dishes (including an egg drop soup!) as gluten free.

Fresh food & great service from Ervaun! Ervaun made sure my meal was gluten free & all was satisfactory.

I love P. F changs normally because I can get gluten free meals that taste good. I fell in love with the Gluten free spicy chicken pad Thai meal. The last 3 times I've ordered it, it has been missing the spicy sauce and the nuts on top. The receipt clearly says spicy. I don't know what's going on but the dish is not the same without the sauce. Each time it happens I hope it's just a mix up and it won't happen again and it does...I don't think I'll order again. It's very disappointing. Just wanted to let you guys know it's an ongoing issue so hopefully it can be addressed for others.
