We came into PF Chang’s with our family and had a wonderful experience, thanks to our server, Tom. From the start, he was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. I was concerned about my gluten allergy, and Tom went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled safely. He reassured me that he would personally inform the kitchen staff, made sure all guidelines were followed, and even confirmed that they would change their gloves to avoid any cross-contamination. His care and attention to detail gave me so much peace of mind. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and we’ll definitely be back!

Tim was great, the service he provided was amazing, my wife has a gluten allergy and he made sure all the dishes ordered were gluten free and all precautions were taken during the food prep and assembly process. Thank you Tim for your great hospitality.
