Wendy was awesome and fun, provided us with endless amounts of gluten as requested and deserves a big raise!

We tried PF Chang's for Valentine's Day 2025. Management did not prepare for how busy it would be on Valentine's Day. We arrived at 7:15 for our 7:30 reservation. There was more than a 30 minute wait for people with reservations. The hostess was obviously drowning and overwhelmed – bussing tables and trying to seat people – but was not given the help she needed. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, we went to the bar to get a drink – the hostess should have been sending people to the bar to wait but was too overworked to think of that – and a table was available within 10 minutes. Our server was excellent, very attentive, but very overworked. Again, management didn't adequately schedule staff to accommodate how busy they were. From the time we ordered to the time we got served was just under 60 minutes. Not great. I ordered the Mongolian Beef as a Gluten-Free Option. Several bites into dinner, I discovered a non-gluten free noodle, so the entire dish was scrapped. The general manager came over to apologize and comp my dish. They rushed a replacement, but after waiting 90 minutes from our reservation time, we weren't thrilled. My wife had the Sesame Beef. She says it was excellent. We'll probably go back another time when they're less busy. Everybody was trying their hardest but they were stretched beyond capacity by understaffing/underscheduling.
