Ordered takeaway recently on a weekend trip to Milwaukee, and though the food we got was great (a usual for Chang’s) there were unfortunately a few add on items missing from my order and a more conspicuous omission of the expected Gluten Free sticker on a gluten free dish. I called in to ask about removing the add on items from my bill (not a big deal, only about $6 of food but I don’t like to pay for things I don’t get) and got Dan on the line. After explaining the missing items and mentioning the missing gluten free sticker, he promptly refunded me a credit for what was missing and promised a reminder to the team about the allergy requirements when gluten free orders were made. I even got a little bit of inside knowledge I didn’t know about Chang’s food prep. All in all, the food I did get was amazing and the customer service was above expectations. Thanks for a great meal.
