Our family of 6 had a a great experience for dinner- great friendly service and delicious food. We had a number of gluten free meals and appreciated that they came out on red plates to signify an allergy. Everything was yummy and perfectly prepared. Izzi took great care of us- kept our waters full and brought everything out quickly since we were in a bit of hurry. We haven’t been here in a long time but are looking forward to coming back!

I made an order for pick up online. I have celiac so thought I was ordering gluten free food. Luckily, I asked and realized I had made a mistake and scrolled past the gluten free options. The greeter asked for help then the server who’d brought my foods asked the manager for help. They were AMAZING!!!! I am so impressed with the Orem team! They gave me some options I could choose from and fixed my new food really quickly. When it came out they would not let me pay for the extra and suggested just giving the food I couldn’t eat to my husband. I am so grateful for their knowledge and compassion (and patience) with my condition! And the gluten free food is SO GOOD!!!! Thank you Orem PF Changs! I’LL DEFINITELY BE BACK Erica was an amazing help to me tonight!
