PHO - Noodlebar (Mitte)

Great pho, service and location. Was a great serving size and heaps of options that are gluten free friendly!

It was absolutely freezing in Berlin last weekend and I was craving a warm meal. I stopped by this PHO noodle bar on a Friday night without a reservation. Luckily, I was by myself and they were able to seat me right away. If you have a bigger party I would definitely make a reservation! For the duration of my meal, I saw the staff turning away people because there was no space. I felt very lucky to be here. The pho was excellent, I am gluten free and had the beef fillet pho and it was amazing. The staff was very fast to bring this to me, which was great because I was hungry. As a traveller I appreciated the boarding card menu. I thought it was really cute.

One of my fav places in Berlin - why? Heartwarming welcome by biggest smiles of the staff, very healthy gluten-free pho and typical Vietnamese Hanoian food, relaxed layed back location, down to earth like street food character, they always remember who I am and greet me personally, tell me where to find this in rubbish Berlin for a quick lunch?! After eating at Pho, I feel energized and humbled by full of gratitude!
