First time here and found a gem. The wait was long; however, totally worth it. Our server was awesome ( even despite being short staffed) and we never knew that until after we were checking out. The food is what I call excellent seafood done right!... the way seafood should be done....in its most natural and authentic state......fresh, tasty, and plenty in a serving. As someone who has celiac..I have to watch for additives...the selection at PJs provided many options! As someone who has eaten seafood from all over the east coast from Maine to Florida (since I was a baby)...this place is right up there as one of my top 5. Great job Pjs Oyseter Bar!! Well be seeing you again!
