Service was fine - food came out on time, plenty of water etc... and I recall the pancakes being very good (on prior visits to Princeton location), the coffee was good - but my omelet was $20 - and did not have the proper consistency. It was a sautéed mass of vegetables and some cheese wrapped in fried egg, but not mixed in with the ingredients. Did I mention it was $20? For $20 I get to stab every bit of individual vegetable on my plate. Which, I'll be honest, I did. I was hungry, the taste was fine, but that's not an omelet. $22 would have gotten me a gluten free roll or toast with which to make a sandwich, yes, $2 for GF toast. $1 a slice. So 3 stars for an old favorite (the Princeton location) in a new spot. My friends liked the pancakes, the coffee was good, the mashed browns were OK, the service was fine, but the prices were outrageous and the eggs were just plain wrong. Tack on a dollar a slice for special toast (which was a bridge to far) and here we are.
