Some of the best quality sushi I have had! Would make the 2 hour trip back out for this amazing food, they even have gluten free options

I ate there yesterday. Upon my arrival I explained I have coeliac disease and need a gluten free diet. The waiter explained that would be fine because they have gluten free soya sauce. I felt confident to order. Upon the arrival of my meal, I confirmed each item was gluten free. The waiter said “the salad is for sure, I’ll check the miso soup”. I so I didn’t touch the soup but tucked into the salad. The waiter returned to say, actually the salad was not gluten free! I was so upset, knowing I was going to be having vomiting and diarrhea all night. I didn’t leave a tip, but here is my tip - It’s not a legislative requirement but please have your waiters take the food safety course so that they comprehend the seriousness of intolerance, allergies and anaphylaxis. I was charged full price (not a cheap restaurant) for a night filled of puking. Won’t be returning. Be careful eating her if you have allergies, they don’t take it seriously.
