Unfortunately, some of the food was declared to be 100% gluten-free, and as a celiac disease patient, I didn't feel so well after the meal. After I was shown the list of ingredients, it unfortunately turned out that most of the items advertised as 100% gluten-free actually contain gluten (mostly as traces).
