Two orders and two bad experiences. We decided to give it a try, and the same thing happened again. I placed an order at 7 p.m. and it was supposedly a gluten-free pizza. I arrived at 8:15 p.m. and they didn't have it ready. I had to wait 30 minutes, and when they delivered the pizza, it was freezing cold. Very bad experiences.
