PV is a very likeable guy and he makes delicious food for the locals and visitors to the island. His food cart is cute and very functional and he has lots of great options including gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian dishes. The location has lots of green space around it, street parking, and in the student neighbourhood. Highly recommend!
