What a great, healthier option for a gluten-free lunch or dinner.
We can wholeheartedly recommend the Jamaican Jerk Chicken. It has outstanding flavor, a blend of sweetness and spice, an excellent portion size, and is perfectly filled with beans and veggies. Our only challenge was the chicken, the meat was a touch overcooked, not dry, but borderline tough.
Our Chimichurri Steak bowl was much healthier, with great edamame and vegetables, the goat cheese was a nice touch and had a very mild flavor. Sadly, the steak was tough, edible, but needed water to soften the meat.
In both bowls, our rice had tough areas like we were the last serving from the cooker and a new pot was made.
