Dear Giuliano,
On Saturday I came with my husband at lunch time.
I understand the increase in prices due to the cost of raw materials and transport costs, but paying an extra €1 to NOT have peanuts put in (allergy, not whim) was not correct for us.
We asked the gentleman who replaced you at the register on Saturday for clarification and his response was that the preparation changes. Let's face it... there are ingredients that can be added later, I didn't ask for a change to an already creamed preparation or a gluten free pasta.
This absolutism and the fact that the staff do not wear masks make us report a lack of attention towards the customer.
