As a celiac there are not many restaurants I can trust to serve me safe food, but Paddles Up fully understands celiac needs and customizes my choices appropriately. I was hesitant to try poke, but after one trip to Paddles Up I was obsessed. I now order regularly on doordash and stop by when it is easy and every time it is fantastic. The bowls are always delicious and there are lots of options. They also have gluten free soy sauce, which is so helpful. I often get a note written on the napkin (Have a fin-tastic day!) which makes it even more enjoyable to order from them. They go above and beyond and have earned my complete loyalty.
