We hired Paella Marisol to cater our wedding and it was the perfect choice! The food is incredible and the portions were generous. Some of our guests were from Spain and they agreed that the paella was excellent. We had the seafood paella and the vegan paella. I appreciate how easy it was to offer vegan/vegetarian (gluten free!) options and how much care and attention Paella Marisol puts into these as well--they are no less delicious than the classic seafood options. The caterers were punctual and entertaining. The prices were also extremely reasonable and competitive with any similar catering options I saw. I would certainly recommend Paella Marisol for other weddings or large events. Thank you!
