I have never tried gluten free crust on a pizza before until I had a bite of Pagliacci’s pizza that was on a gluten free crust at a party. The next day I bought one for myself and ate the whole thing in one sitting. I don’t know what it is about it but I would go as far as to say I like it more than regular crust. The other ingredients only amplified the experience with their flawless distribution of toppings. I would gladly pay $25 for another 11 inch gluten free pizza.
