Gluten-Free crust is amazing! It is the best gluten-free crust I've ever had, both in flavor and texture. The texture was so impressive that, before eating it, I asked my husband to take a bite of the crust itself. I asked him "is that wheat?" He was not sure. The crust did look different from the regular crusts, and since Pagliacci's had emailed us to warn us that it is not recommended for people with celiacs, I felt confident that it was in fact a gluten-free crust. My experience was that it did NOT cause a Celiac flare up. Not a rumble. Your mileage may vary. :)

I haven’t had Pagliacci’s in years and knew it was a must while visiting from Texas this time around. I remember the pizza being phenomenal and used to eat it all the time before having to go Gluten Free. The GF pizza crust is PHENOMENAL 🤌. We ordered a GF extra pepperoni, a regular 11 Hawaiian and a customized Calzone. We’d love to see Pagliacci’s in Texas.
