The other Paia fish market on the island is far superior in taste, quality, and service. This paia however was really bad. We found hair in our food, our order was incorrect THREE TIMES. They did not take our food allergy concerns seriously when we returned the food back. The lady taking orders obviously hates her job. Service was very slow. Management needs to step up at this location & take things seriously. But we still love fish Paia, just not this location. Rice was not cooked properly or flavorful. Fish was cooked perfectly though. We hope this review is seen and taken seriously as we are repeat customers and love to support local businesses that offer gluten free and dairy free options.

If you are ever in Waikīkī please put this place on your list. The service is amazing, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable (I have a gluten allergy), and the food is amazing. 10/10 experience. Also, My husband and I don’t drink, and we had some of the best mocktails here, we recommend the virgin passion fruit mojito.

Excellent fresh caught fish, and good with food allergies. Server even remembered that I called about my wife's gluten sensitivity from Celiac's disease. Glad we took the suggestion from the Nutridge Luao shuttle driver to go here!
