When I read the negative reviews, I tell myself that people are really being incredibly dishonest...I discovered this address by chance at the start of my vacation and I almost lived exclusively on bread for 15 days ( without gaining a gram because good bread does not make you gain weight, let it be said!) Exceptional quality, an incredible choice for someone who makes everything himself by hand (bread of course but also brioches, semi-cooked chocolate, coconut rocks, cocoa bread which delighted young and old), an involved and convinced baker, all for a completely logical and reasonable price taking into account the ingredients used (yes people, organic nuts from Périgord cost a certain price, organic goat's milk too...) and the know-how of the baker. So of course, we can't find a white baguette (but that's good, it's not good), nor a croissant (I hate that), but a cocoa bread to die for, a divine gluten-free bread, a bread of the East full of seeds, etc. In short, I highly recommend and regret being so far away. (And a special mention to the beauty of the place, refined, with attention to detail which reflects the personality of the baker.)
