The first restaurant I visited after being diagnosed as coeliac was Paladar and wow what an incredible experience!
We had an amazing time, the food was great, we sat outside in the courtyard and it was so peaceful and tranquil!
The staff were super knowledgeable and friendly and helped us pick out a few different options to try which were 10/10!
It is on the more pricy side but for the quality and experience the price is totally worth it!

Really good! Sharing is caring someone say, and this is exactly the restaurant policy.. eat together make such amazing experience so you can share good food at paladar! Totally gluten free and really friendly, particular attention to other allergies too! Good place good food really good philosophy and nice people. Price is really ok!!
