Holy moly this place is incredible. Most of the menu is coeliac friendly and every bite was as good as the last. Service was incredible and the waitstaff were very onto allergies. Do yourself a favour and grab a glass of Malbec to accompany the steak and don’t forget the chimichurri!

We ordered the Carlos set menu for $99 per person for a belated birthday celebration/catchup with a friend. Best things about Palermo: - the chorizo! - our server, Natalie! She was friendly and super accommodating of my annoying dietary restrictions. She swapped the morcilla for the chorizo, and looked for gluten-free and dairy-free options for me. Thanks again, Natalie! :) Not-so-good: -steak: sadly, it was chewy and tough in some parts :( Looking forward to this one, too. -ensalada: it felt like it was sitting out for too long on the counter that the dressing started to congeal almost
