Palermos of 63rd Merrillville IN

We had our family Christmas gathering here on Dec 22. Everything was excellent. The service, the antipasto salad, the pizzas. My sister-in-law says their gluten free pizza is the BEST. Becky made sure our pizzas were made the way we like them. She and her co-server (Michelle?) were great. On another visit, we ordered meatball sandwiches to go. Those are fantastic.

Was hesitant to go just because it's Sunday, but they weren't busy! I'm glad we went despite my misgivings. I ordered a small salad as an appetizer....it was a good size and quality. I had a gluten free veggie special pizza and my husband had Italian beef and fries. Both of our meals were huge! The pizza has ruined me for any other pizza...it was fantastic... especially the sauce. My husband's sandwich was so packed he couldn't eat his fries (and they gave him so many fries the take out container was packed). It's nice to see a restaurant give people their money's worth. The food really is good. We will be back...the menu has plentiful choices from which to choose! Wait staff was very nice!
