Wow! Pallet became an oasis for my Dad and I very quickly when visiting home this year. First and foremost, Barb caters to dietary requirements exceptionally well. Gluten free and dairy free options, and she even makes sure to use different knives and milk jugs in the prep of our items. The menu range is extensive and I’m always excited to see what new goodies are on the counter. I have been thinking about the vegan Oreo shake since I had it - which was months ago! And Jo’s fried mushrooms on toast. The staff are so kind and welcoming and the food and drink is amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough.
