Absolutely fantastic experience! Super kind and meticulous staff. I visited Palm Court for an afternoon tea with my mum. The gluten free selection was gorgeous, really delicious, it definitely impressed me, it was the best afternoon tea I have ever had. They’ve got over 80 different teas to choose from as well. I Definitively reccomend to visit Palm Court at the Balmoral when in Edinburgh! Loved my time here! Thank you to the staff for taking care of us

Beautiful tea room, great service, wide selection of interesting teas, coffees, ice teas, hot chocolates, beautiful and nice sized portions of scones, sandwiches, desserts, etc. Everything was delicious and gluten free!! Fantastic experience!!
