Pamela's Tea Room

Tucked into a little corner of Old World Village, Pamela's does a standard tea along with a few other British standards. It's not overly fancy inside, but quite cozy. Not included on the menu, but available upon request, are gluten free options. If Gluten Free options are needed, try to let Pamela's know when you make your reservation or as soon as you arrive, so they will have time to prepare for you. They had gluten free scones available and gluten free bread for sandwiches as well. The gluten free sandwiches are served open-faced and they were quite filling. The coronation chicken, salmon cucumber, and cashew chicken were lovely (my mom and I traded bites of different flavors; you get to pick 2 sandwich flavors/toppings to go with your afternoon tea). The garden salad is offered with salad creme on the side. The staff was friendly and warm and service was excellent.
