BE VERY CAREFUL. I live in the USA. I came to a conference and stopped here to buy bread since I'm gluten-sensitive. Before eating, I decided to read the reviews and realized that many indicate that they're not actually gluten-free. To clear up any doubts, a friend and I analyzed a chocolate donut, and SURPRISE: They have 158 ppm of the 33-mer peptide α2-gliadin, when the LIMIT FOR A GLUTEN-FREE FOOD is 20. THIS IS NOT CROSS-CONTAMINATION. IT'S A DELIBERATE CRIME. Be VERY CAREFUL. Don't come here, CELIACS: Don't come here.

I ordered the chocolate donut (it's very good)... but I haven't eaten gluten in 5 months and maybe the donut has cross-contamination because it upset my stomach and caused a lot of inflammation!
