Thank you for bringing back my joy. Looking back, I can't remember the last time I had breakfast with my family. My mother found you by chance, already desperate because she didn't know what to do so her celiac daughter could have a "normal" life. Bread from brands like "Schär" that claim to be gluten-free isn't bread; it's a cheap, cheap makeshift solution with a bad taste and an even worse texture. Thank you so much for this roll; I was so touched eating it. You make a celiac very happy.
