One of my most indelible childhood memories is the aroma I perceived upon entering the aisle leading to the oven at Santolaria Bakery on Goya Street.
It may seem incredible, but that aroma still lingers today, the result of the artisanal work carried out at Santolaria using top-quality ingredients and artisanal processes.
Their casserole cakes are legendary, as are their chocolate bow ties (for which they have a gluten-free version) and coconut pastries (the ones topped with chocolate are a true delight).
A long-standing business that is a joy to be preserved. Congratulations and, above all, thank you!
