Panadería Daula Bakery

Just WOW! As a coeliac traveling with Triathlon it can be hard to find GF options - Found these guys online prior to coming and it was even better than expected - soft, warm, fresh bread like Ive never had before! The donuts & pastries delectable! David and Paula (Coeliac) are so friendly, knowledgable accommodating!

I am walking the coastal route of the Portuguese Camiño de Santiago, and being coeliac, have had to be very careful eating along the way. I have been using the 'Atly' app which lists places that have gluten free items in their menu, some of which have cross contamination issues. It was an absolute joy to come across this bakery and patisserie which is 100% gluten free. Walking in there and smelling the fresh bread baking, and seeing the large variety on offer was so wonderful. There was a great variety of artisan bread, bread rolls, tasty muffins, chocolate brioche and goodness knows what else. My brother and I sat down and enjoyed a coffee with cake, and I then purchased some supplies for the road. As I was leaving the proprietor gave me 2 wonderfully smelling warm dinner rolls.
