The breads are delicious, and that's why we celiacs keep coming back to suffer the service, which is terrifying. Plus, they don't even clean the tables now; you have to eat breakfast on the previous customer's coffee stains. To get your order taken, you have to beg; don't even dream of being served at the table. And if they bring you exactly what you ordered, and everything together, well, it's your lucky day! You'll either drink your coffee cold or eat your toast cold. Don't expect to enjoy both hot. I want to clarify that the girl in the kitchen (Tuesday morning, July 1) was friendly. And in addition to preparing the orders, she brought them to the tables since her colleagues couldn't keep up.

I'm not the first to say that this place is admirable for having the best gluten-free breads and pastries in all of Madrid, but unfortunately, the service is terrible. Reading the reviews, I wonder how this hasn't even been fixed. When I come here with my wife, we come knowing in advance that it's going to take forever to get served and that we'll have to repeat our order several times. Is it really that hard to get good service?

I've been a regular customer of this gluten-free store, and I must say the quality of their products is excellent. The palmeras, in particular, are delicious and always fresh. However, I'm very disappointed by the excessive price increase. When I first bought them, they cost €1.20, and now they're €2.50. This represents an increase of approximately 108%, which I find unacceptable. I understand that costs may fluctuate over time, but an increase of this magnitude directly affects customer loyalty. It would be important for the store to reconsider its pricing policy so as not to lose those of us who have long valued its products.
