Pancake - Pfannkuchenhaus Kassel

After our New Year's walk in the Karlsaue, we enjoyed a fantastic lunch here today. In addition to the dog-friendliness (a bowl of water and a treat bag with high-quality treats were brought to us without asking!) and exemplary hospitality, I would like to emphasize that the pancake dough is generally lactose-free and even GLUTEN-FREE upon request! You really look for it for a long time in Kassel, and the pancakes are simply sensationally delicious and worth recommending! The "Pancake" is beautifully located between Fulda and Karlsaue, the furnishings are homely and cozy (with a fireplace), the toilets are very clean and the menu leaves nothing to be desired, even for hearty connoisseurs! The pancake house is near the Fulda. This makes for a very pleasant climate. The restaurant also seems very rustic, the terrace is large and has a nice layout so that no one is disturbed when you want to walk past. The food is super tasty, always lactose-free and can also be ordered gluten-free. The portions are just right and the toppings are very generous. The staff is friendly and accommodating. If you have intolerances, ask twice. It's not often you find such super nice staff. Any time.
