Pancheros Mexican Grill - Bismarck Kirkwood

I normally don’t leave reviews, but in this case I feel like it is deserved. My wife and I have been here several times and usually food and service is good, we enjoy eating here from time to time. My wife has celiac disease (gluten allergy) and I forgot to ask the young man helping us to change his gloves prior to handling her order as I had ordered tacos which has gluten. After he had already made our order I asked the manager if the guy helping had changed his gloves. When he asked the employee and he said no he promptly made us a new order with new gloves. The food was also very good this time around.
