Pancho Cafe

Every time we come here it’s always fantastic although sometimes difficult to decide what to get as everything on the menu is delicious. The chef is a genius, the menu has something for every mood and you just know it will be good. We refuse to go for breakfast or lunch anywhere else in Daylesford and you can’t convince us otherwise. May or may not have gone in three days in a row last month… :) Our personal favourites are the Cheese and Salad Roll, the Roast Beef Roll, Chicken Congee and the Kimchi Omelette. The Beef Roll has recently changed to a Lamb one and it’s also great although not quite as good as the beef. One of us is gluten free and the bread they use here is the best Gluten Free Precinct Market loaf which they serve in very generous slices. It’s awesome. Super nice to not miss out on lots of menu options for being gluten free. Thanks so much!
