Whenever I go to São Paulo I try to go to Pandan. The starters, main courses and desserts are always incredible, and they are safe for celiacs.

Fantastic establishment! I was very well looked after and served both times I went. The entire staff was very attentive and attentive to the service, always asking if everything was okay, if I wanted anything else. Even during busy times. Exemplary! I had the opportunity to chat briefly with Dani about the impact of celiac disease and the market for dedicated restaurants in my hometown. She was a very nice and approachable person! I tried the coffees, orange juice, feijoada, chicken Milanese, lamb croquettes, nachos, Oreo sundae (I almost joked, thinking it was the original... but I soon realized it wasn't, because the original would never be so filling and with just the right amount of sweetness)... Even though everything was great, my favorite was the waffle, a generous portion with lots of ice cream, red fruit jelly and Nutella/dulce de leche. I have a commitment now: to always go back to Pandan when I'm in São Paulo.
