On Sunday morning, March 23, 2025, the waiters on this shift were incapable of handling our needs. We sat for 30 minutes until they came to ask what we wanted, having to first serve other tables who had sat down after us. Over an hour passed from the moment we sat down until they finally brought everything we had ordered, including some simple items like toast with butter, or a gluten-free pastry that comes pre-packaged and simply needs to be picked up and brought to the table as is. In between, they brought several wrong items, forgot several others… The place is nice and everything is usually delicious, but this kind of service somewhat discourages us from coming back.
