I just went to buy some buckwheat bread and, because everything looked so good, I took some tartlets and cookies to try... A great success! Excellent bakery in Palma with a focus on quality. The various types of bread from buckwheat to kamut are made with either old variety of grains with low gluten content and some are totally gluten free. If you come from outside Palma good to preorder and you can easily keep if necessary a portion in the freezer for days or weeks when you do not make it Palma. This is my favourite bakery and the cakes and cookies are hard to resist too. If you have any food allergies this is the perfect place.
