Panera Bread

This Panera catered both breakfast and lunch for a 50-person work event we had in Roseville. When the food arrived we found there wasn't enough breakfast and lunch didn't reflect the dietary restrictions people had RSVP'd with. The ordering mistake was *our fault* and NOT on the part of Panera, we learned after calling Panera and looking at the order form. The staff and their manager Oscar were really great and worked with us over the course of two or three phone calls to amend our order, deliver additional breakfast quickly, and update the lunch order before delivery to trade out meat sandwiches to vegetarian options and salads for gluten free and low-carb orders. They were really great and we wanted to reflect this appreciation for them for responding quickly to our needs and being flexible in updating our order!
