Panera Bread

Since it was a national holiday, I had some trouble finding a local restaurant that was open. So I switched my focus to finding a chain restaurant that still offered healthy options. Panera immediately came to mind. I opened the app to place my order and was impressed by all of the new menu items that I was not aware of, many of which were vegetarian. I received a text message when our order was ready. The restaurant was clean and the decor felt modern. I opted for the Green Goddess Caprese Melt with added cucumbers. The portion size was very generous. In fact, I could only finish half of it, along with my bag of chips. It was very flavorful. I would definitely order it again. My son, who is gluten-free, ordered the Baja Bowl with Chicken. I appreciate how Panera easily allows you to customize your order to your liking. There was also an allergy warning sticker on top, which gave me an additional level of comfort. I would definitely return in the future!
