Absolutely delicious gluten free vegan What She's Having. I was blown away by how good it was! Husband had the French Kiss and loved it too.

The food was delicious. I stopped by on a whim since we were in town, and my partner is celiac. So, the gluten-free menu options were awesome. Got soup, salad, and a gluten-free panini. The sad part, the cashier was super hard to interact with, and during the thirty minutes we were there, we saw multiple food safety concerns in the kitchen that made me not super interested in coming back.. the bathroom was unsanitary, and I was all around so disappointed. I try to support local businesses as much as I can, but being a food service worker and witnessing the person running my food wiping their face and nose/mouth with their full hand to then run food and never once see them wash their hands or put on gloves in the duration of time I was there was so wildly unsettling to me. Please set those standards with your FOH as much as you do your BOH.
