I have not eaten gluten in over 10 years, but I gladly gave that up when I saw this pizza. It is easily the best pizza in all of Italy!

Absolutely amazing, mouth watering products made with the best ingredients. Although I am intolerant to gluten, I cannot help myself also because as they use ancient Sicilian wheat I don't have a big reaction.
