The combinations offered are numerous and you can perceive that the condiments are well designed to guarantee a pleasant experience on the palate, with quality Italian products. The owner is very helpful in suggesting alternatives or additions and perhaps this is why orders are placed almost exclusively by him in person, thus slowing down ordering times and, consequently, table service. Patience, it takes a lot of patience but in the end your delicious sandwich (and what a sandwich!) or dish will arrive and you will have forgotten about the wait. And, if by chance there is a mistake in the order, the waiters and the owner know how to fix it without leaving the customer dissatisfied. In short, despite the slightly long deadlines, the customer is always put first. And I assure you that in Caltagirone it is a rare occurrence. Very knowledgeable about celiac disease and intolerances. In fact, you can enjoy an excellent fresh gluten-free sandwich. But, if I may make a suggestion, keeping some supplies in the freezer would always guarantee availability which, on the busiest days, could be compromised. In general, although I have sometimes been unlucky with errors in the order, or some missing ingredients, but above all with long waits, mostly on Saturday evenings, my experience has always remained positive and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to try a gourmet sandwich or excellent meat and above all want to have a nice chat with your table mates! In the photo, my gluten-free sandwich decomposed with horse strips, pesto, dried tomatoes and grilled courgettes! As you can see, the portions are generous and the prices are nothing short of perfect.
