An odd and disappointing experience being seated.
I waited for what seemed like a very abnormal amount of time, while the girls at the front literally said nothing too me. Instead, looked at me and then past me at the other patrons to give them their take out orders, even though I was in well before many of them. It was so bizarre, I was right in front of them but it was as if I didn't even exist.
I've never had such an experience, it was so awkward and strange. Most of the time, if it's going to be a wait someone would say, "we'll be right with you!", and show you to a table within the next couple minutes or so. Even, "hello, you can take a seat", or "hello, please wait"...but nothing. Silence and completely ignored.
I should add the dining room was mostly empty so there was plenty of space.
Even the other patrons were looking over at me when they would be served as if they were also confused.
There was no sign saying to wait, so I after awhile I thought I'd just go in and find a seat as I was completely ignored. I asked the young man in the dining area if I was supposed to wait to be seated. He said the girls up front were supposed to seat me. Anyways, this young man was kind and accommodating.
The food itself was good as always, aside from the gluten free bread being very flimsy.
3 stars because the food was good and the service inside the dining room was good.
But wow, I can't believe they can't even be bothered to greet customers and actively ignore those that need to be seated.
I don't mind waiting, but they were just rude.
