Great gluten free sweet pancake, a lot of gluten free choice

Gluten/lactose-free pancakes are baked with soy milk. The waiter 'forgot' to mention the allergens. It was also not on the menu. The cheese and apple in the pancake was unrecognizable in terms of taste. Not recommended.
