It is possible to have pancakes made vegan or gluten-free. I was very happy to spot the vegetarian Japanese pancake with seitan on the menu. In the past 7 years, this is the first time that, as a vegan, I was able to eat a savory pancake, which was on par with the other savory pancakes and was very tasty! Seitan very nicely seasoned and without the standard "gluten taste".
Service was very fast, despite being busy. I would love to come back here again!
