We had breakfast there twice while staying at the hotel. The service is excellent and the Eggs Benedict was amazing. The use polenta instead of bread and proscuitto instead of the more traditional Canadian bacon. I would like to go back and try dinner here as the ambiance is really cool. Big windows facing the street. I am Celiac and they have lots of Gluten Free options in addition to a dedicated GF prep space. They take it very seriously and I was safe here. The bar area is really cool on the corner of the building.

Nice restaurant, but proceed with caution eating here if you have a food allergy. I have celiac disease and got extremely sick for a whole week after eating the pasta dish that they assured me was gluten free. Very frustrating after I spent about 5 minutes explaining the level of sensitivity and cross contamination risks to my server.

Loved the service and taste of the food until I ordered gluten free bread and they gave me regular gluten bread. I had a severe allergic reaction and ruined my two day trip to Denver!
