The resturaunt has a few gluten-free options. The GF bun is pretty good. Service was on the slower end, but staff were nice.

This place was awesome! I was in town with one other person staying for a weekend and we went to this restaurant twice in that time. Good gluten free hamburger buns, good food in general, and reasonable prices. Everyone who stops in Atchison must try Paolucci. Delicious! Great service from very friendly staff who were excited to see out-of-towners! We will be back for sure!
