Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

The last time I went was Halloween, I called to place my order, and there was a very nice gentleman I was talking to he was having trouble helping me, he apologized to me and said he was new and still learnings. This really loud lady took the phone, and she had no patience with the gentleman or myself. Then, when me and my daughter picked up the pizza, My gluten-free pizza had the wong ingredients on it. I believe she was the manager. The whole Shut, miss fare was quiet and uncomfortable, and because of her stress in anger, it didn't help at all.

I love this Pizza, and this store is one of the good ones. The employees are helpful and friendly. Service is fast, and they are always willing to help. They are always willing to make a gluten free pizza for my wife, changing their gloves to help prevent cross contamination so my wife doesn't get sick!
